Senior Instructor

Emilia Ellen

Emilia has extensive experience in teaching British etiquette, image, graceful deportment and communication skills. As a professional actress and a voice-over artist she incorporates her acting skills and training into her etiquette consulting and teaching. Students benefit from her in-depth knowledge of body language and public speaking skills. She champions kindness and elegance as the fundamental principles of good manners Emilia has been teaching etiquette and protocol in the UK, as well as internationally in Asia and most recently in the Middle East. She also develops and delivers in-house training and coaching programmes for business professionals, teams and executives. Emilia is a member of the Association for Coaching (UK) and the London Association of Etiquette Consultants. She holds a Master's Professional certification in etiquette consulting.

Jacky Ziki

We have a team of teachers led by Jacky as the programme director. Jacky has over 30 years of experience working in China, Hong Kong, and the UK, and became a trainer in 1995. He moved to the UK in 2000 and earned his MBA from Oxford Brookes University in 2001. In 2008, he co-founded the Kensington School of Etiquette and Manners with other British teachers. Since then, he has developed and delivered a comprehensive range of programmes on etiquette and manners. He also provides protocol presentations to numerous companies and overseas governments. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to finish the course within 6 weeks?

    No, you don't. This is a self-paced course. Some people would finish within 4 weeks, and some people 12 weeks or longer. Once subscribed, you will have unlimited access to the course so you can learn and review it anytime anywhere to suit your lifestyle.

  • Do I have to submit the final 2 assignments?

    No, you don't. Some people just study and learn. After you have finished, you can download a certificate from My Account - Certificates. However, if you want to acquire certification and be certified, you will need to submit the assignments.

  • What certificate will I have?

    The certificate is issued by the Kensington School of Etiquette and Manners. The course is supported and approved by the London Art and Business College, and the London Association of Etiquette Consultants. You will also see the logo of the UK Association For Coaching on it. You will get an E copy and the original one will be posted to the address you provide.

  • If I have questions, who can I contact?

    You can send your questions to [email protected]. If you need further assistance, we can make an appointment, the teachers will help via Microsoft Teams, Skype or other social media.

  • Do I need to download all documents?

    We do recommend, especially the course outlines, they have tasks, exercises and quizzes. It is a good idea to print them out and make it a folder for your study.

  • Can I go back and review the lessons?

    Yes, you can always do that. You have unlimited access to the course.

  • How can I be granted the free one-year free membership in the London Association of Etiquette Consultants?

    There are two ways. First, you need to finish the course and get the certificate. Second, if you have done the course without submitting the final assignment, but you are already a consultant in etiquette, image, life coaching, etc, just send us some references.

  • Do you have special offer?

    We do offer a payment plan. Please contact us about this. We will notify signed-up learners when there is a promotion, so please do sign up so we can send you information and sometimes free short courses.

  • Do you offer similar programme in other languages?

    So far we have an English version and a Chinese version.
